ALL TIME CLASSIC GREEK SALAD WITH EPIROS FETA PDO CHEESE

INGREDIENTS

  • Round loaf of bread
  • 250 g EPIROS Feta PDO cheese
  • 2 large tomatoes
  • 1 cucumber
  • 1 medium sized onion
  • 1 green pepper
  • A few capers leafs
  • Sea salt
  • Olive oil
  • Dried oregano

EXECUTION

Cut top of bread and hollow it out. Peel the tomatoes and cut into bread. Continue with cucumber, onion and peppers. Season with the salt. Add caper leafs, EPIROS feta PDO cheese and drizzle generously with olive oil. Sprinkle with oregano.

Plating: Eat bread!
