BARS WITH EPIROS BUTTER

INGREDIENTS

  • 150g EPIROS Butter
  • 110g brown sugar
  • 110g honey
  • 170g oat flakes
  • 50g flour
  • 50g blond raisins
  • ½ tsp cinnamon

EXECUTION

In a bowl, mix the EPIROS butter with the sugar and honey. Add the oat flakes, the flour and the cinnamon. Stir everything together and then add in the raisins. Place the mixture in a greased and floured cake tin, lined with waxed paper. Bake in a pre-heated oven (160˚C) for 25-30 minutes.

When cool, cut into 3 x 8 cm bars.
