CLASSIC HOMEMADE SPICY SPREAD CHEESE WITH EPIROS FETA PDO CHEESE

INGREDIENTS

  • ½ kg EPIROS Feta PDO cheese
  • 1 cup of butter milk
  • 2 tablespoons of olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon of red wine vinegar
  • 1 small green chili
  • 1 tablespoon of chili flakes
  • Loaf of bread

EXECUTION

In a blender combine green chili, olive oil and vinegar. Blend until pulp. In a deep bowl add EPIROS Feta PDO cheese and start adding butter milk while kneading with your hand. When desired consistency is reached add pulp and chili flakes to taste.

Plating: Serve on grilled bread with a drizzle of olive oil.
