GREEK SKEWERS WITH EPIROS TALAGANI, TOMATOES AND ZUCCHINI

INGREDIENTS

  • 400g EPIROS Talagani cheese, in cubes
  • 20 cherry tomatoes, roughly the same size as the cheese cubes
  • 20 pieces of zucchini, cut the same size as the rest of the ingredients
  • 10 wooden skewers
  • 1 tsp fresh oregano, chopped
  • Juice from 1 lemon
  • 80ml olive oil

EXECUTION

Marinate all the ingredients in the olive oil, lemon juice and oregano.

Skewer them, using two pieces of each ingredient on each skewer. Grill for approx. 6 minutes, turning 2-3 times.

These can also be cooked in a non-stick pan instead of grill.
